Established in 1982, Transverse Industries was originally involved in the manufacture and assembly of precision hardware parts before shifting its focus to the development and production of laser products in 1990. Transverse now offers an extensive range of CE- and FDA-approved laser products which it exports worldwide, particularly targeting the European, U.S. and Japanese markets. Its lineup includes laser modules, laser pointers, laser levels, and much more.

As a result of its experience in precision hardware parts, Transverse Industries views quality as paramount, an attitude which has driven the firm to acquire ISO 9002 certification and enabled it to receive "Best Quality" awards from the Taiwan government.

In order to provide the best service, Transverse Industries is continually working to expand production at its Taiwan factories, with monthly production currently standing at 50,000 pieces. Meanwhile, to ensure production is carried out on schedule, the office has been computerized, with the Internet linking the company to its customers more efficiently.

Transverse Industries invests a large amount of capital and manpower in R&D, enabling the company to release new laser products onto the market every three months. A cooperative effort with Taiwan's national research organization, which pooled both financial and personnel resources, has resulted in the development of a 'green laser' module, designed for industrial and medical applications. The green laser module is already under production and has been well received by the market.

2006 : GOT GMP CERTIFICATE, being certified to be in compliance with the requirements for Good Manufacturing Practices as jointly promulgated by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Department of Health, The Executive Yuan, R. O. C.
